Learn more about who we are and what we do
Our History
G&M Milling Co. has been serving Statesville, NC and the surrounding areas for over 60 years. It was started by Carrol and Nancy McNeely and over the years has become a true family business. It was later taken over by Carrol’s son, Jeff McNeely, after he graduated college. You can find Jeff’s mother, Nancy McNeely, still helping in the office most days of the week, along with his sister, Patti. Jeff’s son, Jacob McNeely, now helps run the mill, as well. Their family values have helped guide the business to where it is today.
Service Area
We deliver within a 150 mile radius of Statesville, NC. We also have several distributors across North Carolina that sell our bag feeds and forage seed products.
Leadership
Jeff McNeely took over as President of G&M Milling Co. after graduating from North Carolina State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Agricultural Business in 1986. Jeff also became a North Carolina House Representative in 2019. He is the first chairman of the Agricultural Committee from the Western side of the state in 70 years. He uses this position to advocate for his farmers and community. Jacob McNeely started working full time at G&M Milling Co. after graduating from North Carolina State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Agricultural Business and minor in Crop Science in 2018. He has grown up around the mill just like his father did and has worked there many summers prior to joining full time. He is currently in charge of day to day operations.
